Adopt-A-Pet

News from Adopt-A-Pet in Fargo:

4/27/2008 - The next Adoption Days will be on Tuesday, May 6th at Petco from 6 - 8:00pm. Please come out and see some of the wonderful cats and dogs available for adoption.

4/17/2008 - We have an immediate need to place 8 cats in either foster homes or permanent homes. A few of the cats need someone who is very gentle and willing to work with them, as they are very shy. They are fine with their current care giver, but scared of others, so they need a gentle, caring person who is willing to make them feel safe and comfortable. If you can help, please call our cat line at 701-232-5856 and leave a message stating you are interested in information about our emergency cats.

MonDak Humane Society

If you live in the Williston area consider getting involved at the MonDak Humane Society.

From the MonDak Humane Society:

Membership
The first way to support the MonDak Humane Society is to become a member. Your membership fee supports "Spay Day", community education and the mission of the Humane Society. If you would like to become a member, please print and complete the Get Involved Form and mail it along with your fees to the Humane Society as directed on the form.

Volunteering
The MonDak Humane Society is looking for volunteers. What we need right now, more than anything, are foster homes for animals with no where else to go while waiting for adoption. If you would be willing to open your home to one or more of these needy animals please visit our Fostering Animals page. We are also looking for people to serve on committees, help us with a membership drive and also with fund raising. If you would be interested in helping with any of these things please complete the Get Involved Form or call us at 701-577-PETS (7387).

Donations
The MonDak Humane Society, at present, is relying solely on donations and memberships. We receive no money from federal, state or local governments. If you would like to help support this worthy cause please take a minute to complete the Get Involved Form and mail it along with your tax deductible donation as directed on the form. Your money will be used to help animals in the areas we serve.
